King's Arts

Alan Carr, Dame Denise Lewis and Sarah, Duchess of York lead this year’s King’s Arts festival

King’s College School, Wimbledon is delighted to be hosting its third annual celebration of culture and the arts this summer.

The extensive programme for King’s Arts 2025 runs from 23rd to 28th June and promises visitors an array of exciting events, offering something for everyone to book and enjoy. Our brilliant keynote speakers this year include multi award-winning comedian Alan Carr, Olympic gold medallist Dame Denise Lewis DBE, and Sunday Times and New York Times bestselling author, Sarah, Duchess of York. Our brilliant musical acts include the King’s Community Strings Showcase which will feature the trail-blazing Academy of Ancient Music, expertly-led by renowned Musical Director, Laurence Cummings, playing alongside pupil musicians; a concert performance with students by one of the UK’s iconic military bands, The Band of the Scots Guards; and a memorable piano concert, Forty Pianists and Four Pianos, which will showcase performances by pupils and teachers on four pianos! Sixth form actors will present an original play written and directed by fellow pupils, and the festival will culminate on Saturday 29th June with a spectacular performance of Joseph Horovitz’s Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo by pupils from the Wimbledon Partnership.

Join us at King’s Art 2025 as we open our doors and invite visitors back to celebrate the uplifting and transformative power of the arts. Full details of this year’s acts, as well as information about how you can book your tickets, visit https://kingsarts.org.uk/
